Piggy Paint Review and Giveaway! CLOSED

Who loves to have pretty nails???? You do? Well, Piggy Paint is for you!

I hate how nail polish smells, in fact, I am allergic to some of them (the ones made with formaldehyde). It is a toxic smell that burns your nose and makes your eyes water, at least for me. Piggy Paint is different... it is odorless and non-toxic!

Melanie Hurley was nervous when the nail polish she was using ate through a foam plate (understandably, right?!) and from that day on she decided that any substance that could eat through foam was unacceptable for her daughters' fingernails... which would inevitably end up in their mouths! This lead to the safer alternative, Piggy Paint!

We received two shades (Forever Fancy, and Girls Rule!) of Piggy Paint to try. 

Piggy Paint is a non-toxic, eco-friendly nail polish that is specially formilation of natural igredients and proudly made in teh USA. You won't find any formaldehyde, toluene, phthalates, BPA, ethyl acetate or acetone in your Piggy Paint! The main ingredient is Aqua (water), and if you need to thin the polish out, just add more water! 

I love how easily Piggy Paint goes on... just as well if not better than, traditional nail polish. It dried fairly quickly, although it is extremely dry in my area right now and humidity may affect drying. Per instructions, "For  maximum chip resistance, blow dry polished nails for 1 minute on warm heat/ low blower setting. Use Piggy Paint Topcoat and Primecoat for improved performance." I didn't have the topcoat or primecoat...so I am not sure how Piggy Paint would do with those product, but with just using the blow dryer my polish seemed to last a decent amount of time. I got about 4 days of wear without chipping, which I don't think is bad at all. 

I do wish I could have tried some of the Piggy Paint Nail Polish Remover.... it takes quite a bit of elbow grease to get the polish off with regular nail polish remover (plus, I am sure it would be better on the nose).
