Wednesday Weigh-In!

Well, it is Wednesday! Time to weigh-in!

So, for the last week I haven't done a whole lot except eat less. I don't count calories exactly, well, I do and I don't. I count my calories for breakfast, and sometimes for lunch depending on what I have. Every morning I have a breakfast that is between 100 and 190 calories, then I usually have a small lunch around 200 calories, and then I have whatever my family is eating for dinner- which I assume is around 1000 calories (I may be over estimating, but that's okay with me). So I am getting around 1300-1500 calories per day.

I did have one day where I ate 500 calories (or a little more) and didn't even know it... I had some ritz crackers with cheese and summer sausage, let me tell you those calories added up QUICK!

Oh well, now I know. So, how did I do?

Today I weigh in at...

225! Maybe even on the "lighter" side of 225! That is about 2lbs lost!

Not a huge loss, but still, I feel good about it! :)

How did everyone else do?

Hey, congratulations on your weight loss!!! Every little bit helps! I lost 4 pounds this week!

I just joined the www.biggestloserclub.com. It's $3 but I'm finding it totally worth it! It tells you exactly what to eat and when (5 small meals throughout the day) and it is totally customizable.

Good luck reaching your goals!
