Fluffy Fridays- itti bitti Review and Giveaway! CLOSED

Itti Bitti came to be in 2005, starting out with just one mom sewing each night at her dining room table. Since then, the Australian company has grown phenomenally and has become  an internationally respected brand which is now sold in over 30 countries!

Itti Bitti has three diaper lines. The bitti boo, which features super-absorbant bamboo and organic cotton soaker pads which snap out from the diaper for quick drying. The bitti boo is a fitted diaper, and it is recommended that you use a cover with it.  The bitti d'lish are itti bitti's most simple diaper. There are two versions of the bitti d'lish, the Snap In One and the All In One. The Snap In One is similar to other AI2's and is made up of an outer shell and snap in booster pads. The All In One is just what you would expect, a very easy cloth diaper that is all together in one piece. Both bitti d'lish versions feature stay-dry and stain-resistant suedecloth which goes next to the baby's skin to keep baby comfortable. The third line is called the bitti tutto, which is a one size fits most diaper, and also the diaper I have reviewed!

I received two bitti tutto's (one for each of my cloth diapered children) and itti bitti Ultimate Wipes to review.

We will first talk about the bitti tutto.

The bitti tutto is a one size diaper. The bitti tutto has a few AWESOME features... the "poo fence" which is a complete internal gusset, super soft minkee outer, and these awesome snaps that can be hidden when not used.

My first thoughts: sooooooooo soft, but what are all these snaps?!

Okay, let me show you the awesome snaps that can be hidden.

Do you see those flaps? The one on the left is opened up, the one on the right is covered. Well, these are hidden hip snaps! If you don't need them, the are covered to provide a comfortable wearing experience for your child, if you do need them, the flap tucks in and hides! Pretty neat, huh?

Okay, now...the "poo fence".

The "poo fence" is awesome, and... it works! Without going into too much detail, it is a great barrier that hasn't let us down yet!

Okay, so you may be wondering about the insert up there.... well, it is interesting.

There are three inserts that come with the bitti tutto. Each is attached by color coded snaps to assist you in knowing where they can/should be placed. These inserts make for a very customizable diaper! My favorite insert is the small one (attached to the long insert at the top). It is a great booster, and I love that you can put it where you NEED it!

I love the way this diaper fits on Annabelle. It is pretty trim for a diaper with so much fluff! 

The bitti tutto has been great to us during the day, and even naps! We have tried the bitti tutto at night, and it did leak, but I think we just need to switch up the insert placement. Annabelle always rolls to her belly, so we should have put more absorbency in the front rather than in the middle. While she was wet in the front, she was still dry in the middle and back, so this makes me think that with insert tweaking we can make the bitti tutto a great night-time diaper!

Unfortunatley, my 2 year old son doesn't fit into the "most" category for this diaper. While I can put the diaper on him (he isn't overly big), the bitti tutto just doesn't fit right on him. The biggest issue is that the bitti tutto gaps in the front, but I think it may be Nolyn's chubby thighs that are making it difficult to adjust the diaper properly. While it looks like I should just snap the diaper more in the front, I just can't... the snaps are as tight as I can get them.

 I got to try the bright rainbow pack, each wipe has two colors and is soo incredibly soft. I want to use these on my bottom! Seriously, I almost didn't want to use these for the baby, I wanted to use them for washing my face!
