Bambo Nature Review and Giveaway! CLOSED

I am excited to tell you all about Bambo Nature diapers... these diapers are amazing!

Bambo Nature diapers are disposable diapers, but they aren't just any disposables. Bambo Nature diapers are what I believe to be the best disposable diapers for the environment, that are on the market. They are also my new favorite disposable diaper....and that is from a very one brand only disposable user! My husband and I were so impressed with these diapers!

Bambo Nature is manufactured by Abena. Abena has voluntarily elected to undergo strict rigorous environmental inspections of their products. "The setting of criteria is based on an assessment of impacts during the whole life-cycle - all the way from raw material to production, consumption and waste. This means all raw material suppliers, business partners, distributors, and subsidiaries must embrace these principals and actively take them on board in daily business practice" (Bambo, 2009).

Abena's Bambo diapers are the only baby diaper to carry the Nordic Swan Eco Label that tells consumers which products are the least harmful to the environment but are equivalent in quality to other brands which do not carry the label. In other words, Nordic Swan Eco Lable requires the product to work just as well, but with less of an impact on the environment, as any other similar product.

Bambo also isn't shy about sharing ingredients...which is not something most diaper companies will do!

We received a bag of size two Bambo Nature diapers to review:

These diapers should fit 6.5-13lb babies, but I must say, they were too big for Annabelle until she was about 13lbs- so they are sized a bit big.  According to the site, these diapers have a guaranteed absorption of 150ml.

We never had one leak with these diapers! The absorbed wonderfully, and I loved that they didn't give off that terrible chemical smell that most disposable diapers do. There was also no perfume-y smell since no scents are added. I really think Bambo Nature diapers are the perfect diaper for overnight use... Annabelle could sleep the entire night without a diaper change, which meant we both got more sleep, and Bambo didn't have to use any special chemicals to keep her dry (unlike the previous disposable brand we used)!

Overall, Bambo Nature really is an amazing product in my opinion, and I highly recommend these diapers to any parent who ever uses disposables. I hope one day to see these diapers used in hospitals and homes all over the US.

Want to purchase Bambo Nature diapers? Go to Bambo and click on the Shop Now tab..then use code: sixinthenest   for 10% off!

In order to complete the review I received free product from the company. I received no monetary compensation for this post and my opinions are entirely my own. You may or may not have the same experience as I did with this product.

They have more than 25 years of experience within the industry.

The wood used for pulp is derived from sustainable forestry; where more trees are planted than felled.

Abena has designed an absorbent core with less SAP.
